Admission Details

PRE-PRIMARY STAGE (CLASS NURSERY & KG)

There is no formal admission test for this stage. Admission is given on the first cum first serve basis. It is open to all communities irrespective of caste, creed and religion and Socio-economic status.

The minimum age for admission to the Nursery class is 3+ years, it is granted on submission of application form duly filled in and signed along with birth-certificate from the authorized govt. department.

PRIMARY SECTION (CLASS I - VII)

Admission to above classes depends on the availability of seats. Students seeking admission to these classes have to appear in an admission test. Students are selected on the basis of their merit. During admission students have to produce birth certificate and transfer certificate. Every year admission forms are issued in the 1st week of January and admission tests are conducted in the 2nd week of February and the admission procedure is supposed to be completed within the month of February.

Admission details for the session 2019-2020 for classes III to VII

In this session, admission will remain open for the classes III - VII.

a) Last Date of Submission of form : 26th January, 2019

c) Date of Admission Test : 27th January, 2019 (Sunday) at 10 pm.

d) Result of Admission test on : 29th of January a1 11:00 AM

e) Date of Admission: 30th & 31st January 2019 at 11:00 AM

N.B.:
*Students failing to take admission on due date cannot claim for admission later.
*Few scholarships will be provided on merit cum means category

Following certificates are to be attached with the admission form:

• Xerox copy of Birth Certificate.
• TC from pervious school.(At the time of Admission Class-II only.)

Commencement of classes: From 08th April 2019 (Monday).

N.B.: Very few seats are available in each class. Admission will be strictly on merit basis.

The Tuition Fees are to be deposited in the School Office from 1st to 20th of every month failing which a late fine of Rs.50/- will be charged for each month.

Admission details for the session 2019-2020 from classes K.G. to Class II

In this session, admission will remain open for the classes - Nursery, K.G., Class 1 and Class 2.

b) Parent & student Introduction : 16TH DEC.’18(Sunday) at 10:30AM (Nursery, KG & I)

c) Date of Admission Test : 16TH DEC.2018 (Sunday) at 10:30 AM (Class : II Only)

d) List of selected students will be displayed on : 17-12-2018

e) Date of Admission: 17th & 18th Dec. 2018 at 11:00 AM
