Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Being the employees of this organization, we understand and realize our basic paradigm and to bring them in harmony with correct principles we have created both an effective, empowering centre and clear lens through which we can see the world.

We believe that an organization becomes significantly more effective as it begins with an end in life. The mission statement is our constitution, the standard, the criteria for evaluation and decision making.

By getting input from every member of the institution this mission statement has been drafted. It is the framework of thinking and for governing the Institute.

Our goals are completely aligned with the goals of the Institution.

  • We shall involve ourselves in all the developmental works of the school.
  • We shall not be acted upon by the circumstances instead we shall be self-driven and with our proactive nature fulfill the nature of the organization.
  • We are committed to inculcate right values in our students.
  • We are determined to have mutual trust among ourselves and our students and parents.
  • Our honest and sincere approach should be – to unfold the latent potential in our students.

Steps to success – A mentoring programme to foster self-esteem, academic success, reading habits, extracurricular involvement, to enhance regularity in attendance and performance of low achievers. Every class will have a class library and other learning resources by the next academic session 2017-18.

Our Vision

Students will be found busy in various activities, discussions and experimentations to acquire knowledge in a totally stress free environment. Teachers are there to guide them as friends and philosophers arousing curiosity among them.

Students would be self-directed, self- disciplined, and value oriented. Parents’ role would be an example – they will share their knowledge and cooperate with the teachers and management for all-round development of their wards.

  • Students will be self-disciplined, smiling and playing.
  • Children will keep doing something or the other even if the teacher is not there.
  • There will be classrooms, which will be full of materials collected by them and their teachers from environment.
  • Teacher will be mingling freely with groups of children in such a way so that he/she can be a part of the groups.
  • Teachers will be seen in encouraging role providing reinforcement “Good” “Keep It Up” etc.
  • Children will be without fear. They would not hesitate saying, “I don’t understand”.
  • School campus will be buzzing with noise, movement of children and playing activities.
